We aim to deliver to customers around the globe as quickly and securely as possible. Sometimes accidents happen though and items can very occasionally get lost in transit. Orders are dispatched the following working day. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you by phone or email.
- We use Royal Mail for sending out packages to customers.
- Due to restrictions from Royal Mail, we are required to wait 10 days for UK customers and 20 days for International customers before a package can be considered as lost.
- If your order has not arrived after this period of 10 or 20 days, please contact us and we will be able to assist you further.
- Royal Mail can only investigate within certain time frames so any non-receipt issues must be reported with 45 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately after this time, we would be unable to assist.
