Exchanging Items

Extended Christmas Returns

You can either return some or all items received for a refund, or exchange garments for a different size or product.

We will deliver any exchanged items free of charge!

  1. Please ensure all garments are unworn with tags attached.
  2. Please complete the enclosed returns form with the items you wish to return and the reason.
  3. Please ensure you have paid the correct postage fee before sending items back to:

    UK orders include a Free Returns label

  4. Please retain proof of postage when sending back your order.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • All garments must be returned unworn with tags attached.
  • Tights and stockings must be return unworn with packaging unopened.
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Please note that any faulty item will only be accepted within 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Coupon codes can only be applied to original orders and not exchange items.
    The exception to this would be on any like-for-like items when a coupon code was applied to the original order.
  • During busy periods it may take longer than usual for us to process your refunds and exchanges.

To exchange items, please complete the following steps.

  1. Phone us on ++44 (0) 208 861 1945 (Mon - Friday 8:30 am to 6pm) or email exchange@brastop.com to reserve garments you require.

    Please let us know the product names, size and colour you wish to reserve.

  2. You must have phone / written confirmation before sending items back to us.
  3. Please complete the returns form with the items you wish to return and the reason.
  4. Please ensure you have the correct postage before sending items back to:
