We will deliver any exchanged items free of charge.
To exchange items, please complete the following steps.
- Phone us on ++44 (0) 208 861 1945 (Mon - Friday 8:30 am to 6pm) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve garments you require.
Please let us know the product names, size and colour you wish to reserve.
- You must have phone / written confirmation before sending items back to us.
- Please complete the returns form with the items you wish to return and the reason.
- Please ensure you have the correct postage before sending items back to:
Brastop.com, Unit 1 The Hawthorn Centre
UK orders include a Free Returns label
- Please retain proof of postage when sending back your order.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- All garments must be returned unworn with tags attached.
- Tights and stockings must be return unworn with packaging unopened.
- Items marked as "non-returnable" can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Coupon codes can only be applied to original orders and not exchange items. The exception to this would be on any like-for-like items when a coupon code was applied to the original order.
- A full refund, including delivery, can only be provided if the items are faulty or if the order has been cancelled (by telephone or written request) within 14 days.
