are not fully satisfied with any garment you receive, you are welcome to return
them unworn (with labels attached) within one month of purchase.
*Excludes items from "Bargain Bras under £10" promotion.

We do not offer a return paid service so please ensure sufficient postage is on your envelope and retain a proof of postage.
Customers are liable for their own returns. Brastop.com holds no responsibilities for returns sent to us.
We advise that any returns of a substantial amount are sent back to us using recorded delivery. This makes the parcel easy to track and offers a better service with the Royal Mail.
RETURNS POLICY:

Please be advised that items marked as "Non-returnable" can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any exchange will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail the following working day and can take up to 5 working days to reach you.
