No Quibble Returns Policy*

Returns must be made
within one month of purchase.

All garments must be
returned unworn and
with tags attached.

*Items marked as "Non-returnable" can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ensure you have the correct postage when returning items and retain proof of postage.

Please be aware that we don't offer refund on postage.
How to Return or Exchange Items
- 1. Phone us on on 020 8861 1945 (Mon - Fri 8am to 6pm) or email exchange@brastop.com to reserve garments you require.
- 2. Please have confirmation your exchange items are available before returning.
- 3. Complete the returns form with the items that have been confirmed for exchange.
- 4. Please ensure you have correct postage before sending items back to:

- 5. Retain proof of postage when sending back your order. You are responsible to deliver your exchange to Brastop.com

You can check if we have received your return by logging on to My Account and viewing your order details.

Refunds will be processed the following working day after we receive your items.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account, up to 10 working days for worldwide orders.

Any exchange will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail the following working day.

Exchanges Can take up 5 working days to reach you, 14 working days for worldwide orders.
