Assistant Web/Graphic Designer
We are looking for a multimedia designer with web and graphic experience to assist producing online/offline marketing for a leading online retailer.
The job role includes completion of the following tasks:
• Image editing
• Designing promotional materials for both online and print
• Designing email newsletters - HTML experience essential
We are looking for somebody that:
• Can perform the above well
• Can work on their own initiative whilst working to the Company’s requirements
• Is able to multi task
• Is able to manage own projects and preferably be able to speak with clients if need be
• Open minded and creative
• Is able to work to deadlines and last-minute campaigns.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge and experience of the Adobe Creative Suite in particular Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and InDesign
Strong web design skills, CSS, HTML, Jquery, Javascript etc.
Formatting artwork and designs for both online and print.
Desired Skills:
Experience with working with content management systems and blogging platforms, both bespoke and WordPress.
Experience in ecommerce software and server-side scripting languages (ASP .net or PHP) desired.

.Net Programmer / Web Developer (Full Time)
The Role
We are looking for a .Net programmer to offer in-house development of our website and back end Content Management System.
You will work with our Senior .Net Programmer and the creative team to help generate original ideas and technical solutions. You will ensure that solutions are implemented according to the functional and technical specifications, as well as development standards and best practices.
About you
You will be hard-working, self motivated and organised. You must be creative, resourceful, enjoy problem solving and working on self-initiated projects and ideas.
Ideally you will have some design experience and understand the creative process.
You will be comfortable working with the latest technologies and practices such as Web 2.0, user-generated content and user-centric design as well as the latest search engine optimization and accessibility practices and standards.
You should have demonstrable hands-on experience in the following:
ASP.NET 2.0+
C# 2.0+
Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
Object orientated programming and design
HTML / CSS / JS
ASP.NET CMS experience
AJAX
Web Services
Win Server 2003 & IIS administration
Any experience in SEO, Google Analytics, PPC Campaigns and Split Testing will also be an advantage.

You'll be rewarded with some gorgeous lingerie but you'd need to be able to travel to our offices in Harrow easily.
