Customer Service (Full Time)
Brastop.com is a successful and growing online lingerie business based in Harrow.
We require an organised and enthusiastic person to help manage our customer service.
You will be first point of contact for our customers and must be passionate about giving unbeatable service. You will deal with all incoming calls and emails.
You will also be responsible for organising the team in the Manager's absence. This means ensuring all orders, returns, emails and telephone calls are dealt with in the agreed time scales.
You must have good communication skills, excellent spoken and written English and be IT literate.
Any experience of the lingerie industry would be useful.
Salary: £17,000
Location: HARROW
Hours: 8am-5pm (Mon- Fri)
Bra Testing and Fitting
Brastop seeks curvy girls for bra testing and fitting.
Calling all Curvy Girls - we're looking for some fit models.
Can you help?
We need girls with the following sizes: 36G, 38G, 36FF, 38FF and any J/K cup girls to help us with fitting our latest designs.
You'll be rewarded with some gorgeous lingerie but you'd need to be able to travel to our offices in Harrow easily.
