How do I return an order?

To returns items please complete the following steps. If you are exchanging items please click here to see how to exchange.

  • 1. Ensure all garments are unworn and with tags attached.

  • 2. Complete the returns form with the items you wish to return.

  • 3. Please ensure you have correct postage before sending items back to:
    Brastop.com, Unit 1, Hawthorn Centre,
    Elmgrove Road, Harrow
    HA1 2RF
    United Kingdom
  • 4. Retain proof of postage when sending back your order. You are responsible to deliver your exchange to Brastop.com

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
Returns must be made within one month of purchase.
All garments must be returned unworn and with tags attached.
Tights and stockings must be returned unworn with packaging unopened.
Items marked as "Non-returnable" can not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
